IG Networks, a leading player in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Sales team as a Wholesale Account Manager for our Brazil Cluster. With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are at the forefront of shaping the future of telecommunications.


Responsibilities

As a Wholesale Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing business and relationships with existing customers internationally in the telecommunications sector. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Develop solid relationships with different areas of Telecommunications Operators and Internet Providers (ISPs) and implement sales strategies to boost the commercialization of connectivity services.

2. Carry out periodic visits to understand the needs of these customers and identify new business opportunities.

3. Deeply understand the products and services offered by the company and present them in a clear and convincing way to customers.

4. Customize solutions according to the specific needs of each client, highlighting the benefits and competitive differences.

5. Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with customers, ensuring that they meet the company's needs and are mutually beneficial.

6. Manage the sales closing process, ensuring that all documents and agreements comply with company policies.

7. Work closely with other internal teams, such as technical support and customer service, to ensure the effective delivery of contracted services.

8. Analyze the market and competition to identify trends and growth opportunities.

9. Collect customer feedback to continually improve the products and services offered, ensuring that expectations are met and exceeded.

10. Maintain an updated sales pipeline, monitoring the progress of sales opportunities and ensuring a proactive approach to closing deals.


Requirements

1. Solid experience in the Telecom market with international Wholesale customers (Operators and Internet Providers).

2. Solid knowledge of the national Telecom market and existing technologies.

3. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work independently and in a team.

5. Results-oriented and focused on exceeding customer expectations;

6. Academic training in Commercial, Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering and/or related areas.

7. Knowledge of English and/or Spanish will be an advantage.


Evaluation Metrics

Candidates will be evaluated based on customer revenue, the successful generation of new business, and their ability to maintain prosperous customer relationships.


Labor conditions

Location: Brazil

Modality: Indefinite contract & Teleworker.

Availability: Travel is required.
