Buscamos um(a) Sócio e Head de Parcerias com Influencers Fitness, uma posição de liderança voltada para profissionais com vasta experiência e um histórico comprovado em influencer marketing e gestão de criadores de conteúdo no nicho de fitness. O ocupante desta posição será responsável por liderar toda a estratégia de parcerias da empresa, incluindo prospecção, negociação, elaboração e execução de projetos de treinamento fitness em colaboração com influenciadores. Ocupará papel crucial no desenvolvimento de negócios, exigindo uma pessoa altamente hands-on, com visão estratégica e muita vontade de empreender e se tornar sócio de grandes nomes do mercado.


Responsabilidades

  • Realizar o mapeamento de influenciadores fitness, identificando perfis que se enquadrem em temáticas e nichos da nossa estratéa.
  • Executar o processo de prospecção, que inclui desde o primeiro contato até a criação e apresentação de propostas de projetos aos influenciadores e agentes.
  • Avaliar a viabilidade dos projetos de influenciadores, assegurando que investimentos e tempo estão de acordo com o retorno esperado.
  • Desenvolver projetos de treinamento fitness focados em alta qualidade, atendendo às expectativas do público-alvo.
  • Negociar e fechar sistema de remuneração com parceiros garantindo termos que beneficiem ambas as partes.
  • Gerenciar o relacionamento com influenciadores pós-projeto, focando na construção de relacionamentos duradouros e no desempenho em vendas dos projetos executados.


Requisitos

  • Experiência comprovada em marketing de influência, especificamente em identificação, prospecção e negociação com influenciadores no setor de fitness.
  • Histórico comprovado na gestão de criadores de conteúdo, demonstrando habilidade em desenvolver e gerenciar projetos colaborativos de alta qualidade.
  • Mais de 7 anos de experiência com posições de liderança em grandes players de agenciamento de influencers, gestão de creators ou grandes anunciantes.
  • Rede de contatos estabelecida com influenciadores de destaque no setor fitness, comprovando a capacidade de estabelecer parcerias estratégicas e duradouras.
  • Experiência em liderança de equipes e projetos, com uma abordagem orientada para resultados e habilidade em estratégia e execução.
  • Ter sido founder ou ter ocupado posições de alta gestão em startups que alcançaram a fase de scale-up ou séries A/B/C de investimento será considerado um diferencial.
