Account Manager Leader:


Search for new business opportunities to turn Shein into the number one e-commerce platform in Brazil. The goal of the Business Development team is to provide customers with a wide variety of products and trends at the best prices on the market.


Responsabilities:


- Assisting leadership in the search for strategic solutions;

- Structuring problems and proposing solutions through the business chain;

- Hiring, training and managing the platform's team of Account Managers;

- Define, implement and execute the growth strategy for the categories;

- Helping to manage the portfolio of assisted sellers and categories on the platform;

- Managing KPIs (GMV, assortment, PMV, stock, operation and NPS);

- Developing analysis and research to better understand the profile of the seller and buyer;

- Identifying, establishing and promoting local strategies and partnerships


Requirements:


- Full degree;

- Problem-solving mentality (identifying priority problems and structuring alternatives to solve them);

- Communication and organizational skills;

- Proactive and independent (carrying out improvements within their activities, developing work independently and assertively);

- Aptitude for negotiating and communicating with clients;

- Strong analytical skills;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets;

- Previous experience with marketplace or e-commerce;

- Previous experience of leading teams;

- Advanced or fluent English;
