Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care (phone, email, WhatsApp, CRM)
• Perform both inbound and outbound sales
• Promote services through social media and messaging
• Create quotes and manage leads in our CRM system
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance communication strategies
• Analyze performance and suggest improvements
• Respond to all customer messages in Customer Service, resolving questions, needs, and requests.

Requirements:
• Fluent English (reading, writing, and comprehension)
• Experience in sales and customer service is a plus
• Comfortable with tech tools (Google Workspace, CRM, WhatsApp Web, social media)
• Organized, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator
• Willingness to grow with the company
