Production Manager

Position Challenges
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the timely supply of high-quality products, identifying and resolving production inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement. Lead production operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost optimization across all processes. This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of industrial operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee supply of goods and optimize productivity
- Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks
- Manage production data and performance reporting
- Monitor budgets and ensure financial compliance
- Develop and enforce organizational policies and legal standards
- Facilitate communication across internal teams and external partners
- Lead regular performance reviews and operational updates
- Plan and execute cost-reduction initiatives across labor, consumables, utilities (gas, electricity), equipment investment, and repair costs
- Drive continuous improvement through cost innovation and process optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Postgraduate studies in industrial areas (desirable)
- Solid experience in production/assembly lines at global companies
- Strong leadership skills
- Advanced English proficiency (will be tested)
