Responsabilidades:

  • Conduzir sessões de Refinamento e Grooming com clientes para entender necessidades, esclarecer dúvidas e garantir que todos os requisitos estejam bem definidos antes de solução, estimativas e planejamento.
  • Traduzir necessidades de negócio em tarefas técnicas claras e acionáveis, facilitando o alinhamento entre cliente, arquitetura e equipe técnica.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com o Solution Architect para orientar clientes sobre limitações técnicas, melhores práticas e opções de implementação, apoiando a tomada de decisões.
  • Validar soluções junto aos clientes, garantindo que os entregáveis atendam plenamente às expectativas e coletando feedback para melhorias contínuas.
  • Colaborar com o Project Manager para distribuir tarefas à equipe, revisar código e configurações, identificar problemas, assegurar aderência às melhores práticas e remover impedimentos técnicos.
  • Mentorizar desenvolvedores em tópicos técnicos e funcionalidades Salesforce, além de apoiar a equipe de QA na definição de cenários de teste, incluindo regressão quando necessário.



Requirements:

  • Experiência com Customization e Integration na plataforma Salesforce, incluindo Apex, Flows, Service Cloud e Experience Cloud (especialmente LWRs).
  • Vivência comprovada com integrações envolvendo SFCC, Oracle Integration Cloud e sistemas de POS como Tulip e TWC.
  • Capacidade de conduzir sessões de refinamento para definição de requisitos e traduzir necessidades de negócio em tarefas técnicas claras.
  • Experiência trabalhando em parceria com SA e PM, incluindo definição de soluções, orientação técnica, revisão de entregas e remoção de impedimentos.
  • Inglês avançado, com habilidade de comunicação efetiva com clientes e equipes internacionais.

Responsibilities:

  • Discusses with client to understand needs and ensure requirements are fully defined and captured before solutioning, estimating and assignment (Refinement and Grooming sessions).
  • Helps to translate business need into technical tasks.
  • Working hand in hand with SA Helps clients understand technical limitations, best practices, and options so they can make informed decisions.
  • Validates solutions with clients: Confirms that deliverables meet expectations, and gathers feedback for future iterations.
  • Works with PM to assign tasks to appropriate team members Reviews work: Provides code and configuration reviews, identifies issues , and ensures alignment with best practices Removes blockers: Helps resolve technical issues, clarifies questions with team members, and escalates problems when needed.
  • Coaches developers on technical topics and Salesforce features Supports QAs with applicable testing scenarios including regression tests where needed.


Requirements:

  • Experience with Salesforce Customization and Integration, including Apex, Flows, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (especially LWRs).
  • Proven experience with integrations involving SFCC, Oracle Integration Cloud, and POS systems such as Tulip and TWC.
  • Ability to lead refinement sessions to define requirements and translate business needs into clear technical tasks.
  • Experience working closely with SAs and PMs, including solution definition, technical guidance, review of deliverables, and removal of technical blockers.
  • Advanced English, with strong communication skills for interacting with clients and global teams.
