Quality is how we win.About the RoleYou own a cluster. A cluster is a geographic region with three Osta companies, one for each trade: electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. You handle all inbound leads for your cluster, convert them to booked jobs, and own the revenue number.When a homeowner calls about a broken outlet, you close it. When they call back three months later for a plumbing issue, you close that too. You're not just closing deals—you're building a book of customers who trust Osta for everything.This role is remote, based in Brazil, working US Pacific hours.What You'll DoHandle all inbound leads for your cluster across electrical, plumbing, and HVACConvert leads to booked jobs—you're measured on revenue, not activityOwn the full sales cycle from first contact to closed dealPosition Osta as a multi-trade platform from the first conversationIdentify cross-sell opportunities with existing customersHit your cluster revenue targets monthly and quarterlyMaintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reportingWhat We're Looking ForRequired:4-5 years of sales experience with proven closing track recordFluent English—written and spoken (you'll be talking to California homeowners daily)Experience in inbound sales, inside sales, or customer-facing revenue rolesComfortable with CRM systems and sales toolsSelf-motivated and disciplined—remote work requires itAvailable to work US Pacific hoursPreferred:Experience in home services, real estate, or trades-adjacent industriesBackground in multi-product or multi-service salesFamiliarity with lead management platformsWhat We BelieveMastery Matters: Good enough isn't.
