The Role You'll Play:

Our partners are the heartbeat of ClassPass, and this role is all about bringing more of them into our community. As an Associate Field Account Executive, you'll be the front line of our growth in Brazil, identifying standout studios, gyms, and wellness spaces and showing them how ClassPass can help them thrive. You'll blend curiosity with hustle, learning the ropes of sales while building real relationships with local businesses.

  • Source and onboard new fitness, wellness, and studio partners across Belo Horizonte to grow our local footprint
  • Prospect creatively (online, offline, and in person) to build a pipeline full of exciting opportunities
  • Make the first move: reach out, follow up, and keep conversations flowing with confidence and clarity
  • Lead full-cycle sales conversations from cold call to close, tailoring pitches to each prospect's unique needs
  • Meet and exceed your daily KPIs and monthly targets while always finding new ways to drive impact
  • Build relationships with personality, persistence, and authenticity—because this isn't just a transaction
  • Keep your Salesforce pipeline organized and up to date so you're always ready to move fast
  • Jump in to support inbound leads and help them discover why ClassPass is the right fit
Experience You Bring:
  • You're based in Belo Horizonte and energized by getting out in the field to meet local businesses
  • You've recently stepped into sales or are ready to kick off your career in a fast-paced, growth-driven role
  • You're a confident communicator, someone who's never met a stranger and loves a good challenge
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and excited to juggle multiple priorities with ease
