What you'll do
We're looking for a Customer Success Analyst to help Clara deliver a world-class experience for our clients across Latin America. In this role, you'll work closely with new and existing customers to ensure they're fully onboarded, supported, and positioned for long-term success with Clara's spend management solutions.
This is a client-facing role where your ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively, and build trusted relationships will directly impact client satisfaction and retention.
You will:
Support onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient go-live process
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
Help identify opportunities to deepen adoption or expand usage across accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client portfolios and suggest growth strategies
Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and support
Contribute to client communications and campaigns alongside Sales and Marketing teams
Assist in gathering and organizing data for sales reporting and forecasting
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves
2–3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in a B2B environment
Experience supporting client onboarding or managing implementation processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt
Ability to build client relationships with empathy and professionalism
Working proficiency in Portuguese
Professional working proficiency in English
Nice to haves
Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance
Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot or N8N
Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn
Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve workflows
A good sense of humor

Clara's Hybrid PolicyClaridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
