The role


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic and growing sales team in our AMER region. The SDR will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and creating new opportunities for our sales team. Responsibilities:


  • Be the first initial point of contact to qualify and segment our inbound leads and opportunities from Unmanaged Business to Managed Business;
  • Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects from different inbound sources;
  • Conduct research on inbound leads through LinkedIn, Google, etc, to identify and qualify potential customers and partners;
  • Manage and prioritise leads to ensure a steady flow of opportunities for the Account Executive team
  • Work closely with Account Executives to transfer qualified opportunities and ensure a seamless handover;
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system;
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve the efficiency of the sales process;
  • Clearly articulate our value proposition and offerings to potential customers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, opportunity creation, and revenue growth.


Qualifications


  • 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales;
  • Understanding of the accounting industry (desirable but not essential)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills;
  • Strong command of English – C1 and above is a must;
  • Excellent electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools;
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment;
  • Must be a high energy, motivated self-starter;
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
