Marketing Specialist

Job responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with the line manager, sales team, and headquarters branding team to develop brand marketing strategies and new product go-to-market plans, continuously improving the brand's awareness, influence and market share in the local market.
  2. Marketing budget management: allocate marketing budgets reasonably for different projects such as digital media marketing and offline marketing, set clear monthly goals and develop practical and feasible plans to guarantee the best usage of marketing budgets.
  3. Digital marketing: Responsible for social media operations, influencer marketing, online advertising, and other digital media marketing tasks, managing campaign effectiveness, and ensuring the ROI of marketing activities.
  4. Offline marketing: Responsible for the design, production, and delivery of offline materials (POSM and gifts). Responsible for exhibitions, roadshows, training, and other activities within the region, leading the entire process from program evaluation to implementation. Coordinate with regional and headquarters to continuously improve the level of offline brand display and expand offline brand exposure.
  5. Maintain close relationships with local media and effectively cooperate with local PR agencies to actively reach out to media journalists and influencers for cooperation, promotion, and dissemination to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  6. Collect local market user profiles, competitive products and industry information, gain insights into marketing strategies, output analysis reports, and boost sales in increasing market share.



Job requirements:

  1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, Brazilian native, English can be used as a working language.
  2. More than 3 years of work experience, at least 2 years of experience in integrated marketing for consumer electronics brands, familiar with and involved in at least 2 marketing areas, such as e-commerce marketing, marketing planning, PR, social media operations, digital advertising, exhibitions, terminal retail, e-commerce traffic generation, etc.
  3. Data-oriented, goal-oriented, with good cost control awareness and excellent project coordination skills, responsible for the ROI of marketing activities.
  4. Be proactive, passionate about marketing work, have quick thinking, strong learning ability, strong execution ability, good communication skills, teamwork and resource integration ability.
