Sendo o campeão da estratégia da Colgate, você desenvolverá planos estratégicos para clientes em conjunto com o Channel Manager, com base em estratégias de RE/marca, previsão de volume, plano de melhorias. Acompanhará a distribuição de packs promocionais, implementação de atividades de diferenciação e planos de Marketing de Retalho, bem como acompanhará os movimentos dos concorrentes na procura de soluções inovadoras.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Trabalhar em equipes multidisciplinares para desenvolver atividades/projetos visando capturar todas as oportunidades de negócios;
  • Liderar as revisões periódicas do negócio em conjunto com o Líder/CDE/CDM e demais membros da equipe de suporte sempre que necessário;
  • Negociar ações/eventos específicos com clientes visando melhorar o sell out.
  • Envolver os Clientes nos lançamentos, fazendo as apresentações e negociando os planos;
  • Liderar análises post mortem de atividades e projetos regionais;
  • Define o volume e acompanha a execução dos packs promocionais.
  • Apoiar o Regional na análise ad hoc, acompanhar as atividades fornecendo relatórios de resultados e insights.


Requisitos básicos

  • Diploma de bacharel
  • Capacidade de tomar decisões com base na análise de dados.
  • Conhecimento do canal indireto incluindo cash & carry
  • Aplicativos do Google, especialmente planilhas e slides.
