"Hospitality is a Work of Heart"


Objetivo da posição:

Aplicar métodos de Gerenciamento de Receitas (Revenue Management) em hotéis Accor de diversas marcas, para maximização da receita de acordo com as estratégias do hotel, posicionamento da marca e as necessidades dos clientes.

O seu desafio será:

  • Realizar estudos sobre preços, mix de clientes / canais, comportamento da demanda a fim de elaborar propostas de tarifas, disponibilidade e demais condições de venda, para os diferentes canais e clientes, com base no histórico, expectativas de demandas e tendências de mercado, considerando os diferenciais da marca.
  • Atender às equipes e gerências dos hotéis mais estratégicos, analisando resultados (índices de performance) e evolução das reservas de cada unidade, identificando oportunidades e definindo estratégias de curto prazo, ligadas a tarifário e mix de clientes, visando a alavancagem da receita e considerando o escopo de negócios (região específica, marca, segmento).
  • Prestar suporte aos gerentes na aplicação das estratégias aprovadas, assim como na gestão de disponibilidade / inventário.
  • Preparar relatórios e conduzir apresentações direcionadas aos gerentes e investidores.
  • Apresentar resultados dos hotéis sob sua responsabilidade à gerência superior.
  • Conduzir reuniões semanais para alinhamento da estratégia com os hotéis.
  • Elaborar a previsão de demanda e receita dos hotéis para o curto prazo, garantindo sua precisão.
  • Manter atualizada a estratégia RM no sistema de reservas on-line e monitorar sistemas off- line, garantindo sua compatibilidade com a estratégia aprovada.
  • Ministrar treinamentos às equipes de operação dos hotéis para assegurar a qualidade dos dados e melhor uso dos sistemas de RM e Preços (RMS, Smart Pricing…).
  • Disseminar e manter a cultura de RM (Revenue Management) junto aos hotéis em que atua.
  • Manter-se atualizado quanto ao segmento hoteleiro, indicadores econômicos, ações e resultados da concorrência, calendário de eventos nas diferentes praças pelas quais responde e outros fatores que afetam a receita.
  • Participar do processo orçamentário dos hotéis sob sua responsabilidade e monitorar oscilações, analisando desvios


Qualificações

  • Experiência consolidada na área Revenue Manager no setor hoteleiro;
  • Ensino superior completo
  • Conhecimentos específicos em: Matemática, Estatística, Mercado, Monitoramento e análise de receita, Canais de distribuição;
  • Excel avançado
  • Inglês intermediário
