O que faz um(a) Coordenador de Analytics Engineering?
Estamos em busca de um profissional que lidere os esforços relacionados a cultura de dados na Indigo Ag. Você será responsável pela gestão das bases de dados e apoio às áreas de negócio no desenvolvimento de soluções de data analytics, como construção de pipeline de ingestão de dados, relatórios e dashboards. Seu foco principal será o de identificar oportunidades e engajar as áreas de negócio em projetos de dados, colaborando com equipes multifuncionais para desenvolver soluções que promovam ganhos de eficiência e uma tomada de decisões baseada em dados. Além disso, irá atuar diretamente em melhorias e sustentação para os produtos de dados mais complexos.
Suas principais responsabilidades:
- Criar, gerenciar e dar sustentação a produtos de dados;
- Contextualizar dados dentro dos domínios de negócio;
- Liderar projetos de dados e colaborar com equipes multifuncionais;
- Desenvolver soluções que atendam às necessidades do negócio e promovam a tomada de decisões baseada em dados;
- Estamos à procura de alguém com forte capacidade técnica, habilidades de liderança e uma visão estratégica para impulsionar a excelência em nossa prática de dados.
Requisitos para a vaga:
- Sólidos conhecimentos em SQL;
- Domínio na linguagem Python
- Ferramentas:
- Ingestão de dados (Polars, Spark, Scala);
- ETL / Orquestração (Airflow, Airbyte, Fivetran)
- Observabilidade e logging de rotinas de dados (Grafana, DataDog)
- DataViz (Tableau / Looker)
- Conhecimentos em Cloud AWS;
- Domínio de Metodologias Ágeis;
- Capacidade de identificar problemas e sugerir soluções;
- Conhecimento do ambiente de ferramentas Open Source para Data Analytics;
- Curso superior em: Engenharia da Computação, Ciência da Computação, Matemática, Estatística, Banco de Dados, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
- Inglês avançado
