Responsabilidades e atribuições:

Estamos em busca de um Product Manager, com experiência em Product Design, que seja altamente motivado e orientado a resultados. Além disso, é exigido que seja um profissional capaz de trabalhar em colaboração com as demais equipes da empresa para definir e executar a estratégia de produto, garantindo o desenvolvimento e lançamento bem-sucedidos de novos recursos e funcionalidades que atendam às necessidades dos clientes e impulsionem o crescimento do negócio.


Como será sua rotina? ‍

  • Responsável por estar em constante contato com os clientes em busca de oportunidades para entregar um produto de qualidade, alinhado às suas necessidades e às necessidades da empresa.
  • Ter uma compreensão macro da empresa para garantir o alinhamento entre as estratégias de produto e as estratégias gerais da empresa.
  • Garantir uma comunicação clara das estratégias de produto com as demais áreas da empresa.
  • No processo de entrega, deve atuar em colaboração com o time de engenharia para garantir que as prioridades estão claras e sendo executadas no tempo esperado.
  • Realizar análises de mercado, concorrência e tendências do setor para informar decisões estratégicas de produto.
  • Evidenciar e priorizar requisitos de produto com base no feedback dos clientes, dados analíticos e insights internos, alinhados com a visão estratégica.
  • Facilitar e guiar a comunicação entre as partes interessadas, garantindo alinhamento e compreensão dos objetivos do produto entre os stakeholders e times envolvidos.
  • Monitorar métricas de produto e realizar análises para avaliar o desempenho e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento e aprimoramento contínuos das práticas de gerenciamento de produtos dentro da área.
  • Garantir a construção e atualização das documentações do produto, desde o discovery até lançamentos e acompanhamentos de resultados


Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Experiência em Gestão de Produtos digitais.
  • Ter atuado como Product Design de um SaaS.
  • Conhecimento sólido de metodologias ágeis de desenvolvimento de produtos e gerenciamento de projetos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Capacidade de colaborar efetivamente com outras equipes.
  • Capacidade analítica e habilidade para interpretar dados para orientar decisões de produto.
  • Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas prioridades em um ambiente dinâmico e acelerado.
  • Possuir Licenças e certificados em Product Management.
