  • Executar todas as fases do design de UX: concepção, pesquisa, wireframes, protótipos, design visual e testes de usabilidade.
  • Conduzir e analisar pesquisas de usuários, entrevistas e estudos de campo para entender as necessidades e comportamentos dos usuários.
  • Criar wireframes, storyboards, fluxos de usuário e protótipos interativos que comuniquem claramente a funcionalidade e a intenção do design.
  • Desenvolver e manter guias de estilo e bibliotecas de design para garantir a consistência da marca e da interface do usuário.
  • Testar conceitos de design com usuários e iterar rapidamente com base no feedback recebido.
  • Manter-se atualizado com as melhores práticas e tendências de UX e UI.


Requisitos:

  • Graduação em Design Gráfico, Sistema de informação, experiência comprovada como UX Designer, UI Designer ou função similar.
  • Portfólio de design que demonstre experiência em projetos de design de UX, incluindo wireframes, protótipos e design visual.
  • Conhecimento básico em Design System.
  • Conhecimento profundo de ferramentas de design como Figma.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de Whiteboard como MIRO e FigJam.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de prototipagem e testes de usabilidade.
  • Habilidade em traduzir requisitos de produto e negócios em conceitos de design claros.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de apresentar e defender decisões de design.
  • Atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de resolver problemas de design complexos de maneira eficaz.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe, gerenciando múltiplos projetos e prazos simultaneamente.


Desejável:

  • Experiência em design de aplicações WEB / ERP / MOBILE
  • Conhecimento principal em UX Research
  • Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis e de desenvolvimento de software (SCRUM)
