We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Pricing Manager - Mobile to design, implement, and optimize pricing strategies across our mobile business. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our products remain competitive in the market while maximizing profitability and delivering value to customers.


You will work closely with product, finance, sales, and marketing teams to define pricing models, monitor market trends, and support commercial decisions with data-driven insights.


Your responsibilities


  • Develop, implement, and maintain pricing strategies for realme mobile products and services, balancing competitiveness and profitability.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to design pricing packages, promotions, and discount structures.
  • Build business cases and pricing models to support new product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership on pricing effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Partner with finance to forecast revenue, margin impact, and financial outcomes of pricing decisions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance, with strong exposure to sales support and commercial finance.
  • Proven knowledge of sales policies, incentive management, and financial modeling.
  • Experience in customer and supplier reconciliation and settlements.
  • Prior exposure to OEM/factory operations, with a hands-on approach to financial management beyond cost calculation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, MS Excel, and ERP tools.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
  • Experience in companies in the initial phase of operation in Brazil (stage 0→1), especially in contexts of rapid expansion is a plus
