We're looking for a Pricing Manager to shape and lead our pricing strategy in logistics — ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and long-term sustainability. In this role, you will have a key impact on defining prices for clients, carriers, and drivers, finding the right balance between perceived value, operational costs, and margin. Your work will directly influence how we grow and strengthen our business in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This data driven role calls for a rare combination of analytical thinking & inter-personal skills.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Defining pricing strategy ensuring competitiveness and profitability across all categories:

  • Design pricing models to match demand and supply, defining both fixed and dynamic pricing (regarding the category) to increase conversion and penetration in our client base, maximize successful matches and minimize costs and wait time;

  • Define the main pricing strategy for customers, carriers, and delivery partners, identifying the specific needs and characteristics of each profile;
  • Work closely with the Algorithm Development team to specify objectives, constraints, and key performance indicators to scale pricing methodology;
  • Create clear business requirements and validation frameworks for hypothesis testing on new algorithmic strategies.
  • Syntethesize Market Intelligence:
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior, turning data into pricing intelligence;
  • Ensure the price position among main players in the market.
  • Develop commercial policies that balance costs, margins, and perceived value.

  • Build pricing segmentation for clients, creating sinergies and opportunities to grow demand;

  • Support strategic negotiations, growing value with clients and partners by providing insights and pricing recommendations.
  • Establish and track pricing KPIs, driving continuous improvement in processes and tools.

  • ;Develop a daily governance, following the oscillations in the marketplace

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on marketplace performance data to diagnose bottlenecks and identify opportunities for algorithmic improvement;
  • Model the second-order effects of algorithm changes before they are deployed.

Role Qualifications:

  • Pricing & Modeling Expertise:

  • Solid background in Pricing, Revenue Management, FP&A, or Strategy, preferably in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, last mile, or related sectors, with 5+ years of proven experience.

  • An advanced degree (MS is a plus) in a quantitative field.
  • Technical Fluency (without being a primary coder):

  • Proficiency with data analysis and modeling tools such as Python, R, SQL, and MATLAB;

  • Ability to understand algorithmic complexity and architectural trade-offs to guide technical teams effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Proven experience acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams. You can explain a complex algorithm to a business lead and explain a business problem to a machine learning engineer with equal ease;

  • Experience managing stakeholders and driving consensus on technical strategy.
  • Domain Knowledge:

  • Direct experience in logistics, transportation, or last-mile delivery is a significant advantage;

  • Intuitive understanding of marketplace dynamics and key metrics (e.g., liquidity, utilization, density).
