Estamos em busca de um Executivo de Contas altamente qualificado para integrar nossa equipe. Este profissional será responsável por gerenciar um portfólio de clientes, desenvolver relacionamentos de longo prazo e oferecer soluções estratégicas de RH alinhadas às necessidades específicas de cada cliente. O foco principal do papel será expandir a carteira de clientes, identificar oportunidades de negócios, e garantir a satisfação dos parceiros através de um atendimento consultivo e personalizado.


Principais Responsabilidades:

- Prospecção e Gestão de Contas: Atuar na captação de novos clientes, bem como gerenciar as contas existentes, garantindo o desenvolvimento e manutenção de relacionamentos estratégicos de confiança.

- Análise de Necessidades :Trabalhar junto aos clientes para identificar necessidades de consultoria em RH, como recrutamento, gestão de talentos, planos de desenvolvimento, entre outros.

- Consultoria Estratégica: Oferecer soluções personalizadas e inovadoras que contribuam para o desenvolvimento organizacional e a maximização do capital humano.

- Negociação e Fechamento de Contratos: Elaborar propostas comerciais e conduzir negociações de contratos com foco em atingir as metas estabelecidas.

- Pós-venda e Retenção: Acompanhar o desempenho dos serviços prestados, garantindo a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes.

- Gestão de KPIs: Monitorar e reportar indicadores de performance, visando à melhoria contínua dos resultados e processos.


Requisitos:

- Graduação completa.

- Experiência comprovada em vendas consultivas ou gestão de contas no setor de RH.

- Habilidade em construir e manter relacionamentos comerciais duradouros.

- Forte orientação para resultados e metas.

- Excelente capacidade de comunicação, negociação e apresentação.

- Conhecimento avançado em técnicas de venda e ferramentas de CRM.
