We are seeking a results-driven Head of Inside Sales to lead and grow our Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. This role is responsible for driving revenue, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding our footprint in the SMB market through effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quota.
  • Sell Kaspersky products through partners to Small and Medium Business (SMB) end users within territory – inclusive of net new, renewals, and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Bring together multiple buyers in the same company to build groundswell and leverage partners within Kaspersky to effectively evangelize the solution.
  • Build trust-based relationships with senior level IT and Security executives in SMB companies.
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and driving revenue in SMB segment through partners in territory.
  • Consistently articulate Kaspersky’s value proposition to top partners and end users in the territory.
  • Cultivate strong consultative relationships and act as a primary point of contact for assigned territory partners to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Assist with design and execution of marketing programs to create interest and awareness amongst SMB prospects.
  • Properly document all real-time sales-related activity and partner engagements.
  • Work cross functionally with other team members to deliver on company goals.
  • Attract and retain key team members to support business growth goal.
  • Manage and motivate a structured, dynamic team of top performers and enable the team to grow.
  • Continually identify development needs and plans for members of the team.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives, ensuring continuous growth.
  • Set clear KPIs and manage performance to exceed sales targets.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centric selling.


Required experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within IT or Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the SMB or mid-market segment.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, services, and industry challenges.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
