Responsabilidades
O desafio é enorme pois o profissional contratado terá a oportunidade de construir uma área de RH quase do zero e deverá alinhar as futuras políticas e práticas locais às da Matriz, razão da importância do inglês fluente pois o candidato contratado terá forte relacionamento com o exterior.
A empresa está com sede de trazer um profissional que vai responder, como representante de RH, às demandas do negócio e terá habilidade em alinhar tudo aquilo que desenvolver com os seus stakeholders locais e globais.
Qualificações
- Graduação completa, de preferência com MBA;
- Inglês fluente é mandatório (o "eu me viro" não funciona para esta oportunidade);
- Atuação de no mínimo 2 anos como Business Partner ou posição correlata (Consultor de Recursos Humanos, por exemplo), com habilidade em interagir com os representantes do negócio e propor soluções que mudem a experiência do cliente interno com a área de RH;
- Experiência generalista nos diversos temas de RH é um diferencial
- Competências que diferenciam um profissional com perfil para influenciar o negócio serão requeridas e, caso você venha a se candidatar e se enquadre no perfil requerido até aqui, terá a oportunidade de nos relatar quais você desenvolveu.
