Main Activities
- Resolve Assigned Cases from Salesforce
- Resolve Assigned Cases from Slack
- Supply Help to other teammates
- Report Updates/Problems/Outages in Handover to Next Shift
Knowledge and Experience Required
- Advanced English reading/writing;
- Must to have any one of the languages Spanish, Portuguese.
- Great communication Skills;
- 3+ Years experience with ITSM Tools like ServiceNow, Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho-desk;
- 5+ Years experience on IT;
- 3+ Years experience with Customer Support;
- 3+ Years experience with RestAPIs tech and Postman or similar testing/dev tool;
- Good knowledge on Excel/Google Sheets;
- Nice to have knowledge on SQL queries
