Estamos à procura de um profissional experiente e dinâmico para se juntar à equipe de uma FINTECH Global como Credit Risk Manager. Este é um papel desafiador e emocionante que oferece a oportunidade de contribuir para a criação de um departamento do zero.


Responsabilidades:

  • Implementar padrões, políticas e processos de risco de crédito alinhados com a estratégia da empresa.
  • Gerir uma equipe robusta de mais de 30 profissionais nas áreas de Cobranças, Crédito e Prevenção de Fraude.
  • Assumir a responsabilidade pelas áreas de Cobranças, Risco de Crédito, Fraude e KYC.


Qualificações necessárias:

  • Fluência em inglês (entrevista será conduzida neste idioma).
  • Experiência mínima de 10 anos em posições semelhantes.
  • Experiência preferencial em startups (Fintechs).
  • Conhecimentos sólidos em Cobranças, Risco, Fraude e KYC.
  • Experiência comprovada em avaliações de risco e crédito.
