Huawei Brazil is looking for Sales Manager with experience in Channel planning and expansion capabilities, keen insight and analysis capabilities for channel market dynamics, competition pattern, channel ecology, to build a channel model with competitive advantages.
*Advanced English Required: speaking, writing, reading*
Work experience and Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, administration or related fields that are compatible.
- More than 5 years fast-moving consumer goods sales manager experience.
- Experience in developing a relevant strategy for local market to delivering impactful programs that works.
- Experience in project management and consumer sales management
Responsibilities
- Organizational construction and management capabilities, based on channel Model, structure and customer organizational structure, insight into and refine key business control points, build a competitive and efficient channel sales organization, and manage, train and empower the team.
- Be able to lead the process architecture design, optimization or Adaptation, and enable business success through processes, digital tools, and systematic solutions for capacity building.
- Risk management capabilities, able to lead the identification of risks, have strong communication influence, and drive business goals to be achieved.
Working Location: Brazil Sao Paulo
