We are looking for a Technical Lead Divestitures (M&A), who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid / Remote, in RJ, MG, PA - Brazil.

In this role you will:

The Divestment Technical Lead, with a specialization in IT, will be responsible for leading and managing the IT aspects of divestitures and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This role involves ensuring the integration or separation of IT in a smooth way, aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. This leader will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions on time and on budget

Main Responsibilities:

• IT M&A Management: Conduct detailed assessments of target companies' IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to identify integration or separation needs. Create detailed technical plans for successful system integration or separation.
• Leadership and Team Management: Overseeing cross-functional IT teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Provide strategic guidance and leadership for the IT aspects of M&A activities.
• Interdependency Management: Identify and manage interdependencies between IT and other business functions to ensure alignment and coordination.
• Risks and Compliance: Identify and assess IT-related risks in M&A activities. Ensure that IT activities comply with data protection laws, industry regulations, and company policies.

Essential Requirements (Hard Skills):

• Experience: Minimum of 11 to 15 years of experience. At least 10 years in business leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing divestitures and mergers.
• Education: Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems and applications. Experience with IT risk management and compliance.

• Leadership and Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's goals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing business environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Differentials (Nice to Have):

• International Experience: Experience in international M&A projects.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Gartner's IT M&A best practices. Experience with digital transformation projects.
• Languages: Communication ability in English and/or French is considered an asset.
