Responsabilidades
Como SDR, você será a primeira linha de contato com nossos leads e terá um papel fundamental em identificar, engajar e qualificar potenciais clientes para o time de closers.
Suas responsabilidades incluem:
- Entrar em contato com leads através de WhatsApp, e-mail e ligações;
- Realizar qualificação inicial dos leads, aplicando o método SPIN Selling;
- Alimentar o CRM com informações detalhadas sobre os leads (situação atual, desafios e potencial de conversão);
- Agendar reuniões para os closers com leads qualificados (SQLs);
- Trabalhar em conjunto com marketing e closers para otimizar cadências e melhorar taxas de conversão.
Diferenciais:
- Experiência anterior como SDR ou em atendimento ao cliente com foco comercial é um diferencial;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM;
- Conhecimento de métodos de qualificação de leads (como BANT ou SPIN Selling) é um diferencial;
- Interesse pelo mercado jurídico e por tecnologia (IA).

Modelo de Remuneração:
- Base fixa inicial em R$1518,00
- +R$10 por agendamento realizado
- +0.5% dos agendamentos fechados
- Bônus por metas atingidas
- Meta para o SDR nos Primeiros 3 Meses: processar 500 a 750 leads/mês (inbound e outbound combinados);
- Qualificar 100 SQLs/mês
