Basic Responsibilities and Tasks:


· Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships

· Actively generate sales leads in the assigned territory/with assigned clients, develop new business and identify areas of improvement

· Implement Astronergy’s sales plan and achieve revenue targets

· Within established parameters, prepare quotations and negotiate sales contracts with the assigned customer base and potential new customers

· Work closely and communicate effectively with different Departments of Astronergy in both headquarters in China and other Overseas entities

· Represent Astronergy at trade fairs and conferences

· Analyze market and competitor information and stay up to date with technical and financial market requirements

· Maintain sales pipeline in the CRM system

· Prepare reports on account status

· Organize and execute marketing campaigns together with our clients


Qualification Requirements:

· At least 3 years of work experience in a similar sales and marketing function

· Attention to detail

· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at utilities, IPPs, EPCs, project developers, and financing institutions

· Solid experience with MS Office and CRM

· Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Fluent in English and Portuguese language

· Role will be home-based -flexible (in sales region)
