As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll design intuitive, efficient experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You’ll own end-to-end projects - from discovery to delivery - simplifying complex workflows and contributing to our design system. We’re looking for a strong generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings clarity to product decisions through thoughtful and user-centered design.What you'll doWork on end-to-end design process from user research and early concepts through high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and developer-ready assetsSimplify complex workflows into intuitive, scalable solutions that empower our usersLeverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate design work and unlock new creative possibilitiesPartner closely with PMs and engineers to define product requirements, co-create solutions, and iterate based on technical input and user feedbackAlign cross-functional teams on design goals and priorities, maintaining momentum and delivering high-quality outcomesEmbrace fast feedback loops and experimentation to validate ideas early and oftenWhat you'll bringBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).6+ years of experience designing and shipping successful web and mobile products, ideally in B2B SaaS.Deep expertise in user-centered design and systems thinking - you can balance visual craft with scalability.Strong collaboration and communication skills - you influence outcomes, not just pixels.Comfort working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and ambiguous problems.Experience using AI tools thoughtfully to enhance speed, creativity, and insight.High autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to drive product development with clarity and confidence.Fluency with Figma and modern design workflows.Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.What we offer Competitive salary in USD ($6.000-$8.000) Attractive stock options Unlimited PTO Relocation allowance Top-notch equipment Team offsites around the worldIf you are passionate about building exceptional user experiences and want to be part of a team that values product impact and technical excellence, we’d love to hear from you
