About the Role
We're looking for a Product Designer with strong web design and UX skills to help shape the future of our Brazilian online casino platform. You'll create intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling experiences that improve player journeys and support our growth. This role works closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver high-impact design solutions across devices.
Key Responsibilities
Design & UX
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web-based casino features.
- Ensure interfaces are responsive, accessible, and visually consistent.
- Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on insights and analytics.
Collaboration
- Translate product vision into user-centered design solutions.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Collaborate with Marketing on landing pages, promotions, and event visuals.
Research & Optimization
- Analyze user behavior to identify UX improvements.
- Apply UX best practices to enhance engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Stay updated on iGaming trends, competitor design patterns, and design tools.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years as a Product Designer / UIUX Designer (iGaming, entertainment, or e-commerce preferred).
- Strong portfolio with excellent typography, layout, and web design work.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Understanding of responsive design and usability principles.
- Experience with user research and data-driven design.

- User-centered, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality.
- Creative yet pragmatic, balancing design with business and tech needs.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for online gaming / gambling.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Motion design skills.
- Understanding of Brazilian gaming regulations (design-related).
