As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our players. This includes assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle both incoming and outgoing communications to provide a seamless gaming experience for our players. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Service skills Strong communication skills Ability to troubleshoot technical issues Problem-solving abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Attention to detail Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
