Estamos procurando um Audience Development Specialist - especialista em desenvolvimento de público dedicado e qualificado para se juntar à nossa equipe dinâmica. O candidato ideal terá um conhecimento profundo do ecossistema de mídia digital e experiência na construção e nutrição de públicos em diversas plataformas de mídia, incluindo programática, social, pesquisa e muito mais. Esta função requer um profissional altamente comprometido, comunicativo e organizado, com excelentes habilidades de construção de relacionamentos. Como Audience Development Specialist, você será responsável por gerenciar o relacionamento com todos os clientes de nossa agência de publicidade, garantindo que suas necessidades sejam atendidas com os mais altos padrões de serviço e experiência.


O que você fará:


  • Liderar o desenvolvimento de estratégia de público e dados em 3 clusters – dados de 1º, 2º e 3º partidos;
  • Liderar o desenvolvimento de novas parcerias de dados (aproveitando o global e o JBP);
  • Liderar integração de dados entre plataformas (ou seja: GMP, DSP, DMP, CDPs, CRM, ativação e gerenciamento de parceria de dados);
  • Liderar processo e conformidade de integração de dados;
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para aumentar e envolver o público em múltiplas plataformas de mídia digital;
  • Utilizar insights baseados em dados para otimizar os esforços de aquisição e retenção de público;
  • Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para criar planos abrangentes de desenvolvimento de público;
  • Manter uma forte comunicação com os clientes, fornecendo atualizações regulares e respondendo a quaisquer preocupações ou dúvidas;
  • Monitorar e analisar métricas de desempenho do público, ajustando estratégias conforme necessário para atingir os objetivos do cliente;
  • Manter-se atualizado com as últimas tendências e melhores práticas em mídia digital e desenvolvimento de audiência;
  • Suporte para análise e geração de relatórios de dados semanalmente/quinzenalmente/mensalmente e ad-hoc. Desenvolvimento de insights de desempenho;
  • Desenvolver, executar e testar variáveis ​​de campanha que criam insights específicos do cliente e alimentam futuras sucessões de testes;
  • Apoiar a liderança da equipe e contribuir para iniciativas estratégicas de alto nível;
  • Responsável por liderar reuniões de status com fornecedores, incluindo esforços proativos de otimização, e liderar todas as comunicações de solução de problemas (por exemplo, compensações, controle de qualidade/rastreamento, etc) sob treinamento do gerente;
  • Desenvolver agenda de formação das equipes da MediaBrands em torno da estratégia de Dados;
  • Manter e otimizar campanhas de clientes para melhorar continuamente o desempenho geral em relação a benchmarks pré-determinados.

  • Superior completo em áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento de Data & Audience;
  • Conhecimento de Plataformas de Gerenciamento de Dados (DMPs) e CDPs (ex: Bluekai, Tailtarget, Lotame, Adobe Audience Manager);
  • Conhecimento de ativação de público em plataformas digitais como programática, redes sociais pagas, busca, etc.
  • Orientado a processos, desenvolvendo e implementando quando necessário;
  • Excelentes habilidades de redação e comunicação;
  • Excelentes habilidades de análise quantitativa e qualitativa;
  • Capacidade de comunicar eficazmente processos e táticas a clientes, colegas e membros juniores da equipe de pesquisa;
  • Capacidade de compreender os objetivos de alto nível do cliente e como eles se traduzem em estratégia de mídia quando aplicados por meio de tecnologias online.


Diferenciais:


  • Inglês ou Espanhol nível avançado;
