About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Amazon AWS Services Brazil Ltd - E07. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and customer adoption of our cloud services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, developers, and technical architects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deploy programs that leverage our field teams, technology partners, and consulting partners to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
  • Define, build, and deploy enterprise-focused sales and business development campaigns around our cloud services.
  • Collaborate with our product and technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems, including reference architectures, patterns, automation, and release plans.
  • Work with our marketing team to develop and align digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand for our cloud services.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for our cloud services in the startup market, collaborating with teams in the field, including sales, partners, marketing, and other specialists.
About the Team

Our team is dedicated to helping startups scale quickly and cost-effectively on our cloud platform. We want startups to grow better when they choose us, and we make it easier by recommending the right technologies and helping startups get up and running quickly.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • 7+ years of relevant GTM, sales, or consulting experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree.
