Job Description 1. Responsible for mobile phone hardware fault detection and repair: including motherboard-level troubleshooting, screen replacement, battery replacement, interface repair, etc.2. Perform software fault handling: firmware flashing, system reinstallation, data backup and recovery, virus removal, system optimization, etc.3. Conduct comprehensive inspection and fault diagnosis on the equipment reported for repair by the customer, and provide a clear repair plan and cost estimate.4. Strictly follow the after-sales process for repair operations (including CRM system operations) to ensure the execution of repair quality and original factory standards.5. Responsible for filling out maintenance records and entering them into the system: including inspection results, used parts, maintenance time, costs, etc.6. Properly store and use maintenance tools and equipment, conduct regular maintenance and calibration to ensure safety and accuracy.7. Manage the spare parts required for maintenance, including application, requisition, inventory counting, and abnormal feedback, etc.8. Provide customers with explanations of repair results and usage suggestions, improve customer satisfaction, reduce recurring failures, and ensure repair Quality Assurance.9. Continuously learn about new mobile phone models, new technologies, and repair solutions to improve professional capabilities, repair efficiency, motherboard repair capabilities, and whole device refurbishment capabilities.10. Comply with the company's confidentiality system and data security specifications to ensure that customer privacy data is not leaked.11. Maintain the front desk image and keep the store tidy, clean, and compliant with reception standards.Key Behavior1. Have a good sense of customer service and possess skills related to mobile phone repair;2. Possess skills in repairing mobile phone motherboards and be familiar with electronic components of mobile phone motherboards;3. Capable of quickly repairing mobile phones to ensure that the repaired phones can meet customer needs;4.
