With over 1,000 team members around the world, Keeta is in full expansion — and you could be part of this journeyKnow more: Keeta WebsiteLocation: 100% on site - Vila Olimpia, SPPlease submit your resume in English.Job ResponsabilitiesSupport the user research team, identifying user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.Coordinate and assist interviews, including scheduling, communication, and drafting research summaries.Help design and execute user surveys, organize collected data, and generate insightful reports.Conduct deep market research through desktop analysis, consumer interviews, and merchant conversations.Analyze data to uncover trends and transform findings into actionable recommendations.Collaborate on cross-functional presentations to support user growth strategies.Job RequirementsCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or Advertising, with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Dec 2027.Excellent proficiency in English - global companyStrong analytical skills; familiarity with SQL is a plus.Strong interest in user research, product design, or user experience, with good learning ability and logical thinking.Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
