Team Overview

We are looking for an Operations Analyst Intern to drive the growth and success of our merchant base. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and can leverage data insights to enhance partners performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve merchant supply quality and drive sustainable growth.

Role Responsibilities

• Participate in operation strategy making and daily works
• Understand local market and competition landscape, through robust investigation and research to collect data and insight
• Coordinate with business development team, product team and other stakeholders to implement various strategic projects and improve platform merchant supply quality continuously.

Role Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Critical and structured thinking, data sensative, able to diagnose and solve problems in a practical and efficient way;
• Integrity, open-minded, self-motivated. Able to adapt to fast-paced working environment. A good team player
