Com mais de 36 milhões de clientes ativos em seu ecossistema, e insights baseados em sinais de navegação, compras e de consumo de conteúdo nas nossas plataformas, como Steal The Look, Jovem Nerd e Canaltech, as marcas anunciantes podem criar campanhas relevantes que melhoram as experiências dos clientes.
Nosso time de Mídia e Operações está procurando por um Account Manager para Pequenos Anunciantes (Analista de Contas de Publicidade Sênior). A equipe de soluções para clientes estabelece e fortalece relacionamentos com clientes com foco na geração de receita, na educação e na satisfação dos anunciantes da plataforma. O sucesso nesta posição exige foco no atendimento ao cliente, capacidade de prosperar em um ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e capacidade de fornecer soluções personalizadas para anunciantes, fazendo o melhor uso dos nossos produtos publicitários.
Responsabilidades da Oportunidade
- Definir a estratégia de entrada no mercado para PMEs para os produtos de anúncios em constante evolução do Magalu Ads, com foco em soluções de publicidade operadas em escala (self-serve);
- Adaptar iniciativas de produtos para clientes PME, priorizando soluções em escala, baseadas em plataforma e de baixo contato;
- Desenvolver e implantar programas de vendas que gerem novos anunciantes, além de monitorar a performance para retenção dos demais;
- Construir régua de relacionamento com anunciantes PMEs e estudar oportunidades de ativação no Portal do Seller, e-mail, WhatsApp e outros formatos de comunicação;
- Atingir metas de receita por meio de planejamento eficaz, definição de metas de vendas, análise de dados sobre desempenho passado e projeção de desempenho futuro;
- Implementar processos e estratégias para dimensionar programas e receitas para pequenas e médias empresas em um conjunto diversificado de clientes;
- Comunicar claramente o progresso das iniciativas semanais/mensais/trimestrais às partes interessadas
- Atuar como a voz do mercado com o produto; sintetizar insights de mercado; trabalhar de forma multifuncional e construir parcerias coesas com partes interessadas internas, incluindo produtos, operações de vendas e marketing para identificar soluções de publicidade adequadas aos PMEs;
- Analisar e resumir lacunas e pontos problemáticos do produto para recomendar melhorias, coletando feedbacks dos anunciantes;
- Gerenciar lançamentos e implementar ativações para impulsionar a adoção de produtos, além de colaborar com equipes técnicas e de operações para monitorar o desempenho;
- Construir processos, sistemas, ferramentas/soluções robustos, otimização de fluxo de trabalho e automação para aumentar a eficiência operacional e a produtividade;
- Mapear e participar de eventos relevantes para o contexto de publicidade;
- Apoiar na capacitação dos anunciantes PMEs e na construção de documentações de suporte de plataforma.
Precisamos Que Você Já Tenha
- 4+ anos de experiência em escopos de marketing digital, publicidade e/ou marketplace;
- Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas, com resiliência para trabalhar em um ambiente em constante mudança;
- Paixão por números e facilidade com Excel e Ferramentas Google;
- Curiosidade, capacidade fuçativa e muita atitude de dono.
- Boa comunicação, organizado e relacionamento interpessoal, com constante contato com clientes;
- Formação concluída em Ensino superior nas áreas de Publicidade, Administração, Engenharia, Marketing ou áreas relacionadas.
