Objetivo do cargo:
Trabalhar na área com experiência em criação de interfaces digitais, participando de todas as etapas do desenvolvimento de um projeto, desde sua concepção inicial, desenvolvimento do visual até a etapa final de entrega do projeto. Trabalhar no desenvolvimento e melhoria dos processos virtuais criando temas adequados, designs systems, componentes e guia de estilo.
Descrição de atividades e responsabilidades:
- Projetar como interfaces dos produtos da Loja do Mecânico assegurando que elas proporcionem uma excelente experiência de uso;
- Entender os objetivos e desafios das áreas de negócio e as necessidades dos usuários através de análise de jornada, indicadores, comportamento e fluxos;
- Criar modelos conceituais de UX para as novas funcionalidades;
- Criar e avaliar arquiteturas de informação e fluxos de navegação;
- Desenvolver o esboço inicial da página de um site ou aplicativo, e protótipos navegáveis;
- Criar telas e layouts para diversos dispositivos web, smartphone, tablet e etc;
- Homologar uma interface, durante a fase de desenvolvimento, testar para verificar se tudo que foi feito no figma esta em homologação;
- Contribuir para o sistema de design da empresa criando novos componentes;
- Conduzir pesquisas com os usuários.
- Analisar métricas do produto e realizar testes A/B;
- Realizar juntos com as ferramentas do analytics e Insider;
- Colaborar com ideias e sugestões para soluções eficazes e criativos;
- Colaborar com o tempo, a área e a empresa para criar um clima positivo e motivador;
- Estar sempre crescendo e se desenvolvendo tecnicamente e profissionalmente;
- Realizar atividades complementares, conforme solicitação da liderança;
- Participar de treinamentos internos sempre que solicitado pela liderança.
Conhecimentos técnicos desejados:
- Conhecimento de HTML/CSS;
- Familiaridade com design de interação e arquitetura da informação;
- Designer de Experiência do Usuário,
- Experiência com criação de layouts para aplicações mobile;
- Conhecimento no pacote Adobe;
- Boa noção de desenvolvimento de wireframes e prototipagem;
- Testes AB;
- Conhecimentos na plataforma Figma;
- Conhecimento em arquitetura da informação;
- Conhecimento em design system;
- Experiência com design de interfaces para plataformas web e mobile;
- Experiência com softwares gráficos como Figma;
- Experiência com técnicas de pesquisa e testes de usabilidade;
- Domínio sobre Heurísticas de Nielsen.
