Job Description
Account Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Account Strategist to join our team. As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, cooperating with e-commerce brands in Brazil, and organizing meetings with clients to ensure customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and develop full-funnel strategies in e-commerce brands based on data analysis and creativity.
- Adhere to company goals related to campaign management and respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Regularly report campaign status for clients and provide improvement ideas to the direct manager.
- Take care of customer success and long-term relationships.
- Provide specific information regarding company services and products.
- Assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns and obtain, review, and process orders.
Requirements
- Experience in managing online advertising campaigns for clients.
- Preferably experience working in adtech, advertiser, or agency (online area).
- Interest in digital marketing/e-commerce.
- Working experience with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of customer support tools and processes.
- Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Organizational skills and responsibility.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and advanced English.
