🌎 Location: Latin America (remote)🕡 Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST💰Salary : 1300 - 1600 USDOverviewWe’re looking for a Billing & Customer Support Specialist 💼 to join our team In this role, you’ll handle billing processes with precision 💳 and provide outstanding support to our clients, many of whom are navigating challenging immigration journeys 🌍The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a background in accounting 📊, experience in customer support 🎧, and sensitivity to the unique needs of immigration-related matters ✨.✨Key Responsibilities:- Manage and follow up on pending invoices, outstanding balances, and payment reminders for clients.- Provide constant support and assistance to clients with billing inquiries and financial obligations, ensuring deadlines are met.- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and client communications.- Collaborate with organizations offering loans to assist clients in financial planning.- Leverage technology to enhance the billing process, including the use of case management software.- Communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English, understanding their unique challenges and providing empathetic support.- Act as a liaison between clients and our firm, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any billing issues.✨Requirements:- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.- 3 years in accounting, particularly in billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. - Previous experience in a professional office environment, ideally in customer support roles. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive client interactions with empathy and professionalism.- Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.- A positive attitude to contribute to a supportive work environment.✨ Nice to Have:- Experience in the legal or immigration sector.- Familiarity with MyCase or similar case management software.- Desire to grow within the company and commit to a long-term career.
