Sales Analyst Location: Centro, RJ | 🏭 Industry: Oil & Gas / Energy About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Analyst to strengthen our Sales team in Brazil. In this role, you will be the backbone of our commercial operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, client requests, and supplier processes. You will work closely with our Sales Director and Managers, bridging commercial, administrative, financial, and logistical tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple processes, and contributing directly to the success of international sales operations. What You Will Do 🔹 Sales & Back-Office Support Manage client/vendor portals, including quotations, registrations, and contract documentation. Support Sales Managers with key accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of requests. Handle the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned products/services: quotations, importation, resale, tax calculations, and billing. 🔹 Administrative & Compliance Maintain supplier orders, registrations, and compliance documentation. Control system access, CRM data, and documentation consistency during migrations. 🔹 Logistics & Supply Chain Support import/export operations, coordinating suppliers and logistics partners. Maintain strong vendor relationships to secure reliable supply chain solutions. 🔹 Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring clear communication and engagement. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to align expectations and identify opportunities for value creation. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Map upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team. Provide actionable insights to clients to strengthen their operational efficiency and ROI. Collect structured feedback and translate it into recommendations for internal teams. ork closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to improve solutions and customer experience. Track KPIs and prepare reports on client health, satisfaction, and performance. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in Oil & Gas, energy, or industrial sectors. Strong expertise in import/export, financial controls, and compliance processes. Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with CRM systems. Experience with client/vendor portals is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills in Portuguese; professional proficiency in English. Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Why Join Us?
