📊Responsabilidades:*Implementar e manter processos de gerenciamento de ativos de hardware (HAM) utilizando a plataforma ServiceNow.*Garantir a integridade e a precisão dos dados de ativos no CMDB.*Realizar a construção de inventários, correção de relacionamentos dentro do CMDB e criação de dashboards dedicados ao HAM.*Integrar ferramentas de inventário (SCCM, JAMF, Tanium, etc.) ao ServiceNow.*Desenvolver e configurar fluxos de trabalho, regras de negócio e relatórios no módulo de HAM.*Apoiar auditorias internas e externas com informações confiáveis sobre os ativos.*Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas como Compras, Finanças, Segurança e Infraestrutura para garantir o ciclo de vida completo dos ativos.🔍Perfil:*Experiência comprovada com ServiceNow, especialmente no módulo ITAM/HAM.*Sólido conhecimento em CMDB e processos ITIL.*Experiência com integração de ferramentas de inventário e automação de processos.*Capacidade de analisar dados e gerar relatórios gerenciais.*Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe multidisciplinar.
