Let’s talk about Keeta 🐆Keeta is the international subsidiary of Meituan, one of the world’s largest tech and delivery ecosystems, with a bold mission: help people eat better and live better.With that vision in mind, we’re expanding globally and getting ready to launch our app in Brazil and we’re looking for extraordinary people to join us on this journey of growth and innovation. 🚀About the Role 🎯We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Analyst to join our Merchant Operation Strategy team.In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that enhance dispatch efficiency, improve merchant performance, and strengthen brand competitiveness.If you’re passionate about solving complex challenges, connecting data and strategy, and driving real product impact this opportunity is for youWhat You’ll Do:Develop and implement strategies to optimize order dispatch based on meal preparation time;Continuously evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and make data-driven adjustments;Monitor merchant performance and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for product improvements within Dispatch;Evaluate user feedback, conduct research, and incorporate insights to enhance the experience of customers, merchants, and riders;Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support teams;Work directly with merchants and riders to understand their needs and challenges;Develop Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) to capture and communicate operational needs and market opportunities;Ensure alignment between market requirements and overall business objectives;Support documentation, training materials, and product guides to ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption.What We’re Looking For:Availability to work on-site in São Paulo;Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin);Proven experience in Product Operations or related fields;Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as SQL;Excellent communication and collaboration skills;Previous experience in the food delivery or F&B industry is a plus;Experience in project management and familiarity with PMO processes;Ability to create and manage detailed Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) with multiple stakeholders.What You’ll Find Here 💡A fast-paced and multicultural environment with strong international exposure;Autonomy to propose solutions and contribute directly to product growth;A culture that values innovation, learning, and collaboration;Opportunities to grow your career alongside one of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies.Benefits 🎁Meal and food allowance (Caju Card);Transportation allowance;Health and dental plan;Life insurance;Childcare assistance.How to Apply 🚀If this sounds like you, apply here on LinkedIn and make sure to include your English resume.By applying, your information will be stored securely and may be shared with Keeta and its global affiliates.#Keeta #EatBetterLiveBetter
