You’ll oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and identify ways to make our systems more efficient and scalable.This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin AmericaWhat You’ll Be Doing:Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including reconciliations, reporting, and data managementManage payroll and contractor payments to ensure accuracy and timelinessSupervise invoicing and Accounts Receivable processes, maintaining healthy cash flowLead the setup and optimization of tools like QuickBooks Online (QBO), Stripe, and Excel/Google Sheets for better financial visibilityCollaborate with leadership to design and implement process improvements and automation initiativesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.What We’re Looking For:Excellent written and verbal English communication skills5+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial operationsHands-on experience with Stripe and QuickBooks Online (QBO)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsExperience with SQL, LLMs (Large Language Models), or automation tools (nice to have)Experience in fast-paced startup or SaaS environments (nice to have)Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)Available to start within 2 weeks from job offerTechnical Requirements:Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcamReliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outagesProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google WorkspaceHands-on experience with Stripe and QuickBooks Online (QBO)Why You’ll Love Working Here:💰 Competitive CompensationWe offer a competitive monthly salary with flexibility for higher compensation based on your experience and qualifications.
