Sales Development Representative for Us based company

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential landlords
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up communications to pre-qualify leads
- Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the value proposition of our company
- Adapt sales strategies and responses to address objections creatively and confidently
- Think outside the box to turn cold leads into warm leads
- Independently reach out to potential leads on various rental platforms
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in sales interactions
- Showcase professionalism and influence to build positive rapport with landlords
- Proactively identify opportunities and present tailored solutions
- Work autonomously to meet or exceed sales targets
- Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and development
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to adapt language and approach as needed
- Strong critical thinking abilities, capable of navigating through objections and devising creative solutions on the spot
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a sales environment, with the ability to think outside the box and deviate from scripted interactions
- Previous experience in influencing decision-makers and building positive rapport with clients or stakeholders is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
