Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of School to lead our academic excellence. This is a full-time Work-from-home role for an individual with a strong background in the American / International Baccalaureate / British / National curriculum. As the Head of School, you will oversee the strategic direction, academic leadership, and operational management of International Schooling®, ensuring educational excellence and innovation in online schooling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring a positive atmosphere in school.
  • Maintaining a collaborative professional relationship with teachers, administrative staff, and the school management.
  • Taking initiative, and maintaining strong communication with the students and their parents.
  • Committed to school enhancement and growth by striving for excellence, innovation, and accommodating feedback.
  • Provide strategic and academic leadership across all educational programs.
  • Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance.
  • Oversee student performance, assessments, and academic outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in school educational settings with the American / International Baccalaureate / British / National curriculum.
  • Understanding of online education and teaching modalities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in faculty management and academic program development.


Eligibility Requirements

  • Open to Travel every quarter: Singapore, Florida, USA, Dubai, and Munich, Germany.
  • Candidate must meet the qualification requirements prescribed as per their respective countries.
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree.
