We are seeking a seasoned Group HR Lead for our Latin America (LATAM) operations, responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that align with and support our business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in HR business partnering, organization design, change management, talent management, and enhancing employee experience across the region.


Job Description:


HR Business Partnering:

Develop a deep understanding of the business strategy and objectives within LATAM. Align HR initiatives and programs with the strategic goals of the organization. Provide insights and recommendations to Business Leaders on people-related matters.

Act as a custodian of the organization's culture, norms, and policies in the LATAM region. Ensure that HR practices and policies are compliant with local laws and regulations. Foster a positive work environment aligned with the organization's values and mission.


Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across LATAM, including business leaders, managers, and employees. Collaborate effectively with regional and global HR teams to implement global initiatives locally. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR issues and challenges. Use data-driven approaches to support decision-making and strategic planning. Monitor and anticipate implications of external factors (political, economic, social, technological, legal, environmental) on organizational performance.


Organization Design & Change Management:

Evaluate and help business Drive productivity improvement initiatives through organization effectiveness and org-design to create future-ready org structures based on business strategy.

Articulate the strategic necessity for change, developing business cases with options and recommendations for agile operating models. Foster a change-ready culture through engagement, partnership, and coaching of leaders and stakeholders. Lead and influence change initiatives across areas, supporting major change implementations.


Talent Management & Career Development:

Implement the talent management framework in alignment with corporate guidelines, guiding the team to identify developmental needs and enable lateral movements.

Monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and collaborate with the L&D team to implement training programs.

Identify future roles for top talent and ensure succession planning by mapping pivotal roles.

Facilitate career conversations and collaborate with functional heads to identify performance improvement programs.

Design retention strategies by identifying attrition reasons and at-risk high-value employees.


Learning & Employee Experience: Collaborate with L&D teams to identify training needs and design development programs for LATAM employees. Support the implementation of learning initiatives that build capabilities and skills aligned with business objectives.


Recruitment, Onboarding & Induction: Lead Recruitment efforts by ensuring alignment of resourcing choices with business requirements and oversee onboarding, and induction processes for new hires.


HR Process Excellence Govern & Review in continuous development of HR processes & service delivery on employee lifecycle, performance, recruitment, engagement, learning etc in consultation with COEs, HR Direct, PETs and people partners.


Educational qualification: MBA/Master degree in Management from a premium Institute (Preferably Human Resources Management).

Minimum work Experience: 13 –18 years of experience
