Group HR Lead

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Group HR Lead for our Latin America (LATAM) operations. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that align with and support our business objectives in the region.
Key Responsibilities- HR Business Partnering: Develop a deep understanding of the business strategy and objectives within LATAM. Align HR initiatives and programs with the strategic goals of the organization. Provide insights and recommendations to Business Leaders on people-related matters.
- Organization Design & Change Management: Evaluate and help business drive productivity improvement initiatives through organization effectiveness and org-design to create future-ready org structures based on business strategy.
- Talent Management & Career Development: Implement the talent management framework in alignment with corporate guidelines, guiding the team to identify developmental needs and enable lateral movements.
- Learning & Employee Experience: Collaborate with L&D teams to identify training needs and design development programs for LATAM employees.
- Recruitment, Onboarding & Induction: Lead Recruitment efforts by ensuring alignment of resourcing choices with business requirements and oversee onboarding, and induction processes for new hires.
- HR Process Excellence: Govern & Review in continuous development of HR processes & service delivery on employee lifecycle, performance, recruitment, engagement, learning etc in consultation with COEs, HR Direct, PETs and people partners.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR business partnering, organization design, talent management, and learning & development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the business strategy and objectives within LATAM and be able to align HR initiatives and programs with the strategic goals of the organization.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across LATAM. They will also have a strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to Business Leaders on people-related matters.
