Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven KAM Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our key retail accounts. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in retail sales, consumer electronics, or technology products. You will be responsible for managing relationships with major retail partners, driving sales performance, and executing go-to-market strategies that align with itel’s growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts across assigned territories
  • Lead sales planning, forecasting, and execution to meet revenue targets
  • Supervise and support field sales teams to ensure optimal performance and coverage
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional strategies and product launches
  • Monitor inventory levels, merchandising standards, and in-store execution
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales Supervision, preferably in Retail, Technology, or Home Appliances
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to travel as needed
