Missão:

O Associate Sales Manager apoiará a equipe de vendas no impulsionamento do crescimento da receita por meio de vendas de publicidade. Esta posição envolve auxiliar o(s) gerente(s) de vendas na implementação de estratégias de vendas, gerenciamento de relacionamentos com clientes e alcance de metas de vendas na indústria de publicidade em mídia varejista.


Atividades Principais:

  • Implantar estratégias e táticas de vendas e negociação para alcançar metas de receita e aumentar a participação de mercado.
  • Identificar e direcionar potenciais anunciantes, criar propostas de vendas e realizar apresentações persuasivas.
  • Apoiar o gerente de vendas no desenvolvimento, negociação e implementação de estratégias de vendas de publicidade para alcançar metas de receita.
  • Auxiliar na identificação e prospecção de novos clientes e oportunidades de publicidade.
  • Gerenciar e manter relacionamentos com clientes de publicidade existentes, fornecendo serviço e suporte excepcionais ao cliente.
  • Implantar e apoiar atividades alinhadas com a liderança de vendas para manter os dados do CRM sempre atualizados.
  • Coordenar com departamentos internos para garantir a execução tranquila e a entrega das campanhas publicitárias.
  • Colaborar com outras equipes internas, especialmente com a Gerência de Sucesso em Vendas, Marketing e Operações.
  • Auxiliar na análise do desempenho das campanhas publicitárias e fornecer insights aos clientes.


Perfil Preferencial:

  • Graduação em Administração de Empresas, Marketing, Engenharia ou área relacionada.
  • +2 anos de histórico comprovado de sucesso em funções de vendas, preferencialmente dentro da indústria de mídia varejista, MarTech, dados ou publicidade.
  • Forte senso de negócios e compreensão dos impulsionadores de receita no setor de mídia varejista.
  • Mentalidade analítica com habilidade para interpretar dados e insights de vendas para tomada de decisões.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação.
  • Mentalidade orientada para resultados com foco no crescimento da receita e na superação de metas.
  • Inglês – desejável
