Job Title : Brazil Localization Consultant
Location : Uberlandia, Brazil / REMOTE
Mode of Hire : Full Time / CLT
Responsibilities:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Techno Functional consultant in any or a few of the following tools - Mastersaf DFE, One Source Tax One, eComex, Comex Recof
- Proven experience in Brazil localization
- Business English is mandatory apart from native Portuguese skill
About the job:
- Production support
- Need to take transition from existing team
- Address/Resolve user's issues raised via ServiceNow ticket within the stipulated time/SLA
- Follow the defined processes
- Collaborate with ERP (inbound/outbound) as needed to resolve issues
- Prepare, Participate in status report/meetings
- May need after hours support in case of critical issues (very rare)
- In general no travel is expected as part of the job
- Remote location based work is acceptable
- Open to learn new tools, skills as needed on the job by leveraging their past experience, expertise.
